ABOUT THIS GAME

Royal Duck Runaway is a single-player 2D Puzzle Room-Escape game, featuring Christopher's escape plan.  Conquering the Castle is not an easy feat, can you help the little duckling escape from the Prince's grasp?

The "Prologue" version is a Demo to the title.  We have incorporated a lot of our ideas for this game into the Demo, which would expand into further stages for the actual release.  For our 4th month of learning game development, this is the longest project we've had so far, and we thoroughly enjoyed the development process!  We've dedicated ourselves to a different art style compared to our previous games as well as slightly more complex programming.  We've definitely learnt a lot from developing this game, and we hope you'll enjoy the Demo as much as we do!

Available on WebGL, MacOS & Windows.

CONTROLS

Simple mouse / trackpad controls anyone can master.

This was a lot of fun!  A nice little detour in my dev browsing. Looking forward to the next area.  I really liked the mirror/light mechanic.  Clever.  Good luck!

Thanks a lot for trying out the game, we're really happy that you enjoyed it!  Stay tuned for the next area, thanks a lot!

rope for hammer is too pixelhunty (took me 80 clicks just to get it to fall)

Thanks for trying out our demo!  We’ve received similar feedback as well, will definitely update that in the next update.  Cheers!
