Hey guys, it's TWO PIGS STUDIO again with another small indie game!  We started working on this project on the 22nd of November this year and we're happy to have this semi-completed just in time for Christmas!  The game was inspired by 60 Seconds and it was a challenging project to work on, considering the bits and pieces of coding and design which we are still learning and polishing our skills on.  

Ordeals of December 0.1.4 Features

There were many elements to the game which were new to us, given our limited experience in game development.  The following are some of the features which have a significant impact on the game, and were a lot of fun to implement!

• Dynamic Daily Recap of Santa's activities in the previous day
• Selection of activities / meal planning for Santa's schedule
• Random Events for the element of uncertainty
• Weight & Presents based on player's choice of action
• Dynamic expressions on Santa's face based on player's choice of action

Plans for Future Development

Although Ordeals of December is indeed a Christmas game, which will probably be played only during Christmas, we do have some plans for future development:

• Opening Questions
  This is so that each play-through would have a different beginning, depending on the player's answers to the opening questions.  What may vary may be Santa's emotion to certain things, initial weight / number of presents, or even one-time collectibles in which the player could use to their advantage throughout the play-through.
• Collectibles
  Random events occurred may give the player some sort of collectible to collect throughout the game.  These will of course, be kept throughout each play through (some sort of collectibles / achievements page).
• Achievements
  Can you unlock every ending?  Can you collect all collectibles?  Did you make Santa depressed?  Did Santa eat too many chocolate cupcakes?  Etc.
