Bugs Squished:

- Fixed lag issue when navigating to the Settings Pane
- Fixed bug where goals could be added without proper validation
- Fixed bug where Add Goal / Edit Goal vignette does not allow going out of the Sub-Panel
- Fixed bug where Delete Record Sub-Panel is shown when the vignette of Deleting a Goal in the Goal History Sub-Panel is selected
- Fixed bug where status icons are not refreshed after editing record hours
